## Waveshare controller

ESP32-S3-RGB-Matrix drawing and schematic from [Waveshare](https://github.com/waveshareteam/ESP32-S3-RGB-Matrix/tree/6e92fbe4f982d078150fa901fcc48e3f19b59313), Apache-2.0 (WAVESHARE-LICENSE.txt).
The included original dimension PDF has SHA256 `2cb249fe4275bab748d5167c3daed933e0a285082a64b685162207eeee486438`.
`waveshare-board-lines.svg` extracts the component-view vectors from that PDF.
The PCB is 50.01 × 42 × 1.6 mm with two M2.5 mounting points, 42.54 mm apart.
Not every connector centre is dimensioned. Raised components and connector positions in the browser are drawing/photo-derived illustrations. The board is registered to the panel input with USB ports facing downward, following the owner's assembly.

## Panel shell

Waveshare RGB-Matrix-P2_5-64x64-2D.dwg, [source revision](https://github.com/waveshareteam/RGB-Matrix-Px-xx/tree/413a8e04db2e46365b9b1922fa6db79c75afd01f), SHA256 `ff21d199516ebd563c5bbe0ff118daf3771337165403ea4d60e621ee905582d7`.
`panel-shell-lines.svg` contains vectors converted from this drawing. Shell envelope: 159.8 ± 0.1 mm square, 12 mm deep. It does not locate the assembled PCB's power/HUB75 connector centres. Their display coordinates are illustrative, not drilling coordinates.

## Original Korvo case

Four STEP solids from [Espressif esp-dev-kits](https://github.com/espressif/esp-dev-kits/tree/bd4d4ac18657e73583af3d7c0b0a23c3cddf3735/examples/esp32-s31-korvo/3d-printed-case). Attribution: Espressif Systems; CC BY-SA 4.0 for documentation/diagrams (KORVO-LICENSE.txt). Web tessellations and source preview retain this attribution and licence.
`korvo-case.json` is tessellated at 0.15 mm; each part retains its source coordinates and source STEP SHA256. The viewer retains part scale. Its assembled illustration turns the lower shell 180° about Y and offsets it −17.8 mm in Z; this is a display registration of independently exported parts, not a verified fabrication assembly. Exploded offsets are illustrative. This is the original S31 Korvo case, not the separate 7-inch terminal concept.

## Acrylic mounting concept

Owner-authored `cad/acrylic-node-concept/Flockinator-raised-5mm.FCStd`, tessellated at 0.5 mm. `acrylic-assembly.json` omits aggregate duplicates, the hidden exploded example and decorative pixel textures. Preview images are the project's CAD renders. Mesh colours aid legibility.
Four 2×2-node carrier tiles, up to 429.25 × 429.25 × 6 mm; 200 mm node pitch, 1.5 mm seams, 860 mm reference assembly. The electronics in this older concept are generic placeholders. Fasteners, ventilation, speaker dimensions and load capacity require engineering verification. Row and stepped formations rearrange source tiles for illustration; they need their own frame, edge details and wiring. These are not released laser-cut plans.

### Korvo electronics and assembled illustration

The prebuilt board envelope is based on Espressif’s [V1.1 dimensions](https://dl.espressif.com/schematics/esp32-s31-korvo-1-dimensions.pdf): 106.5 × 89.2 mm overall; the main rectangular body is 83.2 mm tall with the upper extension starting 75.6 mm from the left. [Schematic](https://dl.espressif.com/schematics/esp32-s31-korvo-1-schematics.pdf) and the pinned SDK’s reference photograph identify the module, LCD stack and ports. `korvo-module.js` models these with simplified boxes. Component heights, LCD size/placement and case mating coordinates are illustrative, not dimensioned manufacturing data. The screen shows a proposed style illustration with NO DATA, not a capture of current controller firmware. Optional stand and light guide remain separate in All parts.

`korvo-module-reference.png` is Espressif’s unmodified isometric photograph from the pinned esp-dev-kits checkout, with the same attribution/licence as the enclosure reference. The official assembled photo remains the no-WebGL fallback.
