Flockinator - a microscope for emergent behaviour

Wall media: the lens, for real

These are real wall-camera captures from a live owner-started demo mission (run 2304481875, session 4229801649-a2), hash-linked frame-by-frame to the mission manifest. Frames were visually screened before publication: legible panels, no people, no device identities. The camera sees the wall from behind/below, so published derivatives are rotated 180 degrees to read correctly. The 90-second silent video of this run is withheld from the web layer until the panel animation retheme (MARK/ETA, replacing the legacy KILL countdown) is flashed and a fresh capture is taken.

All sixteen panels showing READY / REMOTE START before the mission
Beginning: every panel READY, REMOTE START. Mission slate frames will bracket future runs with a FLOCK checksum and QR.
Panels mid-mission showing SCAN, SEEN, LOITER, CHECK VERIFY, DOUBT and HOLD states
End phase: nodes in SCAN, SEEN, LOITER, CHECK VERIFY, DOUBT (two claims) and HOLD - the trust conversation made visible.
Another end-phase frame of the sixteen panels in mixed mission states
End phase, seconds later: the wall as one distributed display of sixteen independent decisions.

Full evidence (manifest, scores, journals) ships in the dataset bundle; code and canonical results are in the source repository.
